Connectivity, such as cabs, is available within a walkable distance and can be easily booked through platforms like Ola. Autos are also available within the main road of the society. Public transportation options like buses have a bus stand located within 300 meters from the apartment. Water facilities operate smoothly 24/7, and power backup is also available in the apartment. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court are available and well-maintained. Additionally, facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, bakeries, and vegetable markets are conveniently located within the society, making it very convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees. The parking area is congested, and there is no designated visitor parking area within the apartment complex. Ongoing construction contributes to pollution issues, and the nearby main road is not in good condition, affecting the surroundings of the society.

the society is well connected to the other parts of the city through good transportation and there are a lot of public transport options available. cabs and autos are all available and rickshaws are also available. all basic needs are catered to.

good healthcare facilities like hospitals and qualified doctors are all available near at hand and there are also many specialised clinics for the sick. the building has large elevator and the management is also very good and friendly with the residents.

the construction of the building is very good as the building is built with sound quality of materials and it is earthquake resistant. wide open pathways with a lot of greenery. landscaped garden and open space is available in the society for the residents.

amenities like swimming pool, billiards, video door security, table tennis, toddler pool, basketball court, badminton court, multipurpose hall ,indoor games etc and many more. the area is residency is safe and secure and there are guards and CCTV surveillance available.

Wi-Fi and internet connection is very good and the environment is suitable for the people working from home. safe is of top priority and the residency provides good safety measures. there is ample parking space and markets and grocery stores are all near to the residency.
