Good things here
Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a particular time at the main gate. Ventilation of the flats is very good. Public transportation like buses is available within 300 meters from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The parking area is very congested in the society. The construction quality is very poor; there are some seepages and leakages in the walls of the society. Roads inside the society are not good.

We enjoy a supportive and helpful neighborhood, celebrating numerous festivals together. Our society boasts a robust security system with night patrols, ensuring safety. Essential amenities are within 5 minutes' walk, with shopping malls and hospitals just 10 minutes away. The road quality is good, with well-functioning street lights and ample parking. Amenities include a gym, clubhouse, table tennis, basketball court, and community hall. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and we benefit from reliable power backup. Daily cleanliness and regular garbage collection maintain our environment, while commendable construction quality ensures no wall seepages.
Things need improvement
The main road outside the community faces traffic issues due to congestion, potentially impacting residents' commuting convenience and safety in the vicinity.

The society's standout feature is its prime location near the main road, providing easy access to all essential amenities within walking distance. These include a school, hospital, shops, and markets. Bus stops and auto cab facilities are also conveniently nearby. Despite being built in 2009, the society maintains a fresh appearance due to consistent maintenance and timely painting works. Ventilation in all rooms of the flats is excellent. Residents enjoy a warm community atmosphere, ideal for raising children. The society's cleanliness is upheld by dedicated housekeeping staff, ensuring a tidy environment. Reliable power backups and water supply. Amenities within the society include a gym, swimming pool, walking tracks, and play areas for children.
Things need improvement
One downside of this society is that the metro station is around 2 kilometers away. Additionally, the IT companies are also situated a bit further from the society.

While the road area generally has good quality, the presence of potholes and rough patches in some sections poses safety concerns and should be addressed promptly.

Construction quality is very poor; there are leaks in sinks and some leakages in bathroom sites in the society. There are external leakages in walls of flats. There is also a pigeon issue on the balconies. Maintenance charges are expensive. There is no visitors' parking area in the society.

We've got a security team of 10 members, and each block has cameras that keep an eye on things, ensuring safety. We're well-connected with a bus stop just 100 meters away, a hospital nearby, and supermarkets and grocery stores close by. The roads are good, with plenty of parking space. Our buildings are sturdy with no leaks, and our balconies get good airflow. We've got reliable water and power, a working lift, and regular cleaning services. The people around are friendly, and we enjoy celebrating festivals together.
