Good things here
I really appreciated the abundance of greenery in the society, and the cleanliness was also well maintained.
Things need improvement
The society was generally great, but there's room for improvement in the maintenance sector.

Good things here
The connectivity of the Society was very good, there was no problem in commuting anywhere, all public transport was available outside�the�Society.
Things need improvement
The society was quite old, hence its construction quality had started deteriorating and it was not even maintained�well.

All the facility like club house,swiming pool, gym, park all are there. location is good. roads are good.
Things need improvement
Water supply issue for 2-3 days . seepage problem arises in bathroom, wash area. no amenitis like club house ,gym,park,play ground nothing is there.

I really appreciate the excellent connectivity of the society, especially with a nearby metro station.

I don't have any problems in the society, but I believe the maintenance facilities could be improved.

Everything is fine in the society, including connectivity, maintenance, and its good location.

The major issue in the society is the construction quality, with plaster falling from the walls and problems with seepage.

Location is very good. there is a very good garden and space is enough. connectivity is best.

All the facilities in the society, such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and parking area, are well-maintained.

During the rainy season, the main gate area, basement, and roads in the society often experience waterlogging issues.

The security servives the society has been providing is outstanding and there are cameras too for security purpose

Regular maintainable of the lift is good. Well maintained water facility is essential for providing clean and safe water. Electricity supply also good in the society.
