Good things here

maintenance charges is budgetable and good service provider, also adding that no water & power issue, 24*7 serviceable, neighbor atmosphere is very good, thats my favorite, festival and cultural events truly very good and overwhelming, quality of walls is good and nice looking, they maintain it and keep those walls beautiful and clean, school & college is little far from home but easily many vehicles available for you, you can find easily many restaurants and food quality is brilliant.
