Flats in Mahaveer Coral are good for people who have a family as they have plenty of free space, lush greenery, and all the important amenities. The flats are isolated with no common walls which makes you feel like you are living in an independent house.

My 2 BHK apartment in this project does not come with proper parking space. The interior of the apartment is good but the external environment is not at all worthy.

Sector 75 is home to Jain Homes. Jain Builders is the company behind the project. The parks have lush greenery and regular maintenance is conducted. Street lights alongside the roads and in parks are there. Senior people and kids feel safe to even go for a walk in the evening or early morning. Electricity or water problem is not there. Shopping malls, colleges, hospitals, gyms, schools, sports clubs are available in the nearby vicinity.

Many schools are nearby and almost all types of facilities and amenities are available within 5km from this location. This project has a very pleasant and calm atmosphere, with plenty of fresh air and clean roads. All modes of public transportation are within a few minutes' walk, ensuring a good connection. There are numerous modes of transportation available, including metro, bus, vehicle, and taxis. All forms of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, arrive on time because there are no connectivity or traffic issues.

I own a 2 BHK at Jain Homes. It offers a decent floor plan and my small family can easily accommodate in it. I wish it had provisions for enclosed parking.

Within easy access are Gaurav Tower, Reliable City Centre, City Mall, and Shakumbari Plaza. There are a variety of transit options available, including metro, bus, automobile, and taxis. Because there are no connectivity or traffic concerns, all types of cabs, such as Ola and Uber, come on schedule. Cinema halls, malls, clubs, restaurants, markets, and other amenities are nearby this project.

The property is move-in ready. There is only one building available for purchase. The good facility of public transport but sometimes there are traffic jams, especially during the evening. Ample covered parking space for residents and visitors. The best part is the construction quality of the flats that is impeccable. Security is another advantage that makes you feel safer here, especially for kids and girls. There n many shops and stores nearby.

Jain Homes is a residential development in Noida's Sector 74. Well connected with nearby markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, and colleges. Due to its location, there are hardly any traffic problems which is simply great as it helps the residents to reach the destination in no time. Also, the homes are beautifully constructed with all the facilities. Most of the facilities are available in the same premises like grocery shops, gym, parks, jogging track, etc.

I have chosen this project due to budgetary constraints. To me, unnecessary amenities are a burden to me and my apartment is all I need to stay in Sector 75, Noida.

Compact rooms and a standard floor space are what you will get at Jain Homes. It is ideal for a family of three and I can tell you that as I own a 2 BHK.
