There is a continuous and reliable water supply available 24/7. The roads are well-maintained, and there is minimal air and noise pollution. Security measures are robust, ensuring the safety of residents. All modern amenities are provided, and the society is kept very clean.
None of the flats have balconies, and there is no designated visitor parking within the society premises. Additionally, there is no nearby metro station.

Society has very good team of managing Committee. They are so attentive towards any issues faced by the resident and try to get it resolved within 24 hours
There are no amenities in the society. Construction quality is below average. The old residents of the society are good, but they hardly interact with newer residents

High security system in the society,all the area under cctv survilance. All the festivals were celebarted in the society. Quality of the construction is good as there no leakage and seepage issues. owners has allocated parking in the society. Time to time garbage collection is done in the society.
There is only small kids play area in the society and there is no swimmig pool,club house,gym,kids play area in the society. Visitors parking is not available in the society. Railway station is metro 12 km away from the society though local transport were easy approach.
