Having direct access to highways and nearby malls must have made life a lot easier. It's great that you found the flats spacious and the roads well-maintained, along with the autos available for commuting. And those amenities like the swimming pool, gym, library, and play area for kids probably made living there even more enjoyable.
Dealing with the poor construction quality and its resulting frequent maintenance issues, along with the high charges, must have been frustrating. The lack of cooperation among flat owners for essential repairs like whitewashing likely added to the inconvenience. And the presence of street dogs outside the locality must have been another hassle to contend with.

The flats are spacious, and the roads are well-made, which adds to my comfort. Having auto rickshaws available from early morning to late at night makes commuting a breeze, and having medical stores and hospitals nearby is really reassuring. Plus, I have access to awesome amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and library right here in the society, which gives me plenty of recreational options. Maintenance is done regularly, and the housekeeping staff keeps everything clean, while the guards ensure our safety, creating a really nice and cooperative environment to live in.
I'm really disappointed with the construction quality of our building. It's causing a lot of maintenance problems and extra costs for us. The street dogs in the area are a big nuisance, and the lifts are always needing maintenance, which is really inconvenient. Plus, the lack of cooperation among flat owners for things like whitewashing is concerning. But what's even more worrying is that the MC/RWA isn't taking the initiative to address long-standing issues like water leakage, and they're not responsive to complaints. And despite us paying regular maintenance charges, the gym, library, and swimming pool are all non-functional, which shows there's mismanagement and a lack of accountability.

The apartments are roomy and cozy, and the roads are well-made, so getting around is a breeze. The view of the Pandavkarra waterfalls is absolutely stunning, giving us a taste of hill station vibes right at home. And with three months of rain and a moderate climate, it's even more beautiful. It's great that school buses run frequently, making it easy for kids to get around. Plus, having eateries nearby and Yulu cycles available adds a lot of convenience to our daily lives.
It's inconvenient that there aren't any nearby shops, so we have to travel 3 kilometers for essentials. The building maintenance is also a concern because of the irreparable construction work. The street dogs outside can be a nuisance, and the frequent issues with the lifts are definitely inconvenient for all of us residents.
