Good things here
It's a great society to live in because malls, markets, shopping areas, the metro, restaurants, and hotels are all nearby. The clubhouse has everything you need, including a gym, spa, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor play areas, and a library. Essential services like departmental stores are inside the society. It's a gated community, so outsiders need a pass to enter, ensuring safety. Neighbors are friendly, and most festivals are celebrated within the society. Each flat has good lighting and ventilation, and CCTV cameras are strategically placed. Podium level parks keep kids safe while playing
Things need improvement
The kids' swimming pool isn't well-maintained and often remains dirty due to irregular cleaning. Additionally, it's frequently closed because of poor sanitization. There's limited parking space available for residents in the society. Seepage issues are causing plaster to come off from the buildings.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the area was satisfactory, autos and rickshaws were easily available nearby. Market area was also present near the society. Maintenance quality was good with proper cleanliness and hygiene. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Construction quality was fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There was a small park and a yoga room. Neighbours were decent, used to celebrate all festivals and occasion together.
Things need improvement
The amount of sunlight was not sufficient in the area, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Also, amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were not available in the premises. The infrastructure was very old, some improvements and renovations were required.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society.
Things need improvement
According to her, all things are fine, she did not highlighted any issues in the society.

Good things here
My in-laws were living there few years back, i used to visit there. Location wise is good, centre m h, hospital, grocery shops are just walking distance.Metro was just 10mins walk away, Markets are quite nearby. Ola, Uber easily ajate the, security guard was 24/7 available for the security. People are friendly.
Things need improvement
Cleanliness was zero, Swimming pool not mentainend, water is always dirty, facility low quality.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good, with a metro station just 400 meters away. Maintenance is also fine, addressing water supply and logging issues. Amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse are available, and there is a play area for kids. The residents are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Some flats exhibit bad construction quality with seepage and termite issues. Improvement is needed for certain walls The clubhouse is not well-equipped.

The school, hospital is very close, the metro station is very close, it is easy and the neighborhood is very good, the people are very good, it is cooperative, it is�very�friendly.

The material used for the construction quality is very dirty, due to that there is an issue of seepage, maintenance charges are high and according to that, maintenance services are not provided and amenities are available but that too is not provided�to�them.

Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Street dog issues are not faced. road conditions are good outside the society. It is a pet friendly society. Water supply is good. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society
Things need improvement
Sometimes lift issues are faced, it iis not maintained properly. Gym and swimmingpool are available but it is in a very bad condition, it is not maintained at all. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is not maintained properly. Paintings are not done on time.
