However, I have some concerns about the location of the sector, situated on the outskirts near a village, which raises safety concerns, especially at night due to the presence of certain disruptive elements. While the connectivity is good, it may not fully compensate for this drawback.

For sports enthusiasts, the absence of a large park for playing sports like football or cricket may be considered a downside. However, the society offers a peaceful and family-friendly environment overall, which makes it a desirable place to live.

The balcony is so tiny that it's practically unusable. What's the point of having one if it can't even accommodate a chair?

There are no issues relate to cleanliness and hygiene in this place. Streets are kept clean.

The maintenance staff really responsible; they address issues quickly. Also, the people here are of good and helpful nature.

Garbage management here is terrible. Nobody comes to collect the garbage, and the bins are always overflowing.

And let's not forget about the lush green surroundings and well-maintained roads, which really contribute to the peaceful and serene living environment we enjoy.

One downside is the absence of large parks for playing sports like football or cricket. Improvements could be made by increasing the number of gym trainers and enhancing the quality of tap water for residents. Additionally, having more facilities for potable water near the playgrounds and parks would add convenience. However, despite these drawbacks, the overall experience in Purvanchal Royal City remains positive due to its numerous amenities and well-maintained infrastructure.

Despite these challenges, residents appreciate the fast-paced development and connectivity advantages of the location, along with the luxury amenities, good construction quality, maintenance services, and security measures in place within the society.

Additionally, issues such as overcrowded swimming pools during vacations and weekends, as well as the insufficient availability of gym trainers, are areas for improvement. The limited availability of shops for groceries and eatables outside the society is inconvenient, and the noise and dust due to nearby development work can be quite annoying.
