I bought a 1 BHK apartment in Swastik Pearl for my son who is studying in a well reputed college near Swastik Pearl. There are many other good educational institutions, hospitals and malls nearby. Moreover Vikhroli station is few steps away.

A railway station is located nearby, as well as buses on every street. Because there are no connectivity or traffic issues, almost all sorts of cabs arrive on schedule. The shops, markets, schools, and colleges in the area are all within walking distance, so commuting is not an issue. I bought a 2 BHK flat in Swastik Pearl. Construction is not completed yet but they will be available for possession soon. These luxury apartments are available at reasonable price. These are well ventilated apartments and are easily connected to the main landmarks of the city.

Supermarkets can be found in all of the areas listed below. Lush greenery, decent connections, markets, shopping malls, schools, colleges, and other amenities such as a swimming pool, golf course, and jogging parks are all properly maintained in this area. Parking spaces aplenty, nice roads, and roomy homes are all commonplace. The connectivity is strong, and you can easily get around by taking public transportation or renting a cab. Ola and Uber cabs arrive on schedule, there are bus stops nearby, and everything is within walking distance. Residents and visitors will feel even safer with police patrols and CCTV cameras erected around the area.

I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Swastik Pearl for an investment purpose. I must tell you that this is a perfect location as Swastik Pearl is located in the heart of the city yet your home will amazingly escape the noise of the city.

I personally did not like the location of Swastik Pearl. Luxury apartments should be located on the outer areas of city so that people can relax from the hassle of the traffic and pollution.
