Good things here
It's one of the property in Sector 36A located in a very accessible location where all the amenities are nearby be it schools, colleges , hospitals or gyms etc.
Autos and Cabs easily available
Public transport accessible
Low power cuts
Moderate maintenance charges
No seepage issues
Good celebration of festivities
Frequent cultural events
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Nice park and kids playarea
Things need improvement
The only drawback it holds is that due to over crowd the place becomes a bit noisy and vehicles honk all the day.
