Timely painting is lacking, contributing to a less-than-fresh appearance of our buildings. Despite encouraging garbage segregation, compliance varies among residents, leading to inefficiencies. Seepage issues in certain flats and subpar plaster and fittings are recurring concerns. The gym and clubhouse are non-operational, with the latter being undersized and lacking recreational space, while the absence of a designated garden area further diminishes recreational opportunities. Although pets are welcome, their presence sometimes leads to cleanliness issues, suggesting the need for a designated area. Addressing these deficiencies would greatly enhance our society's overall living experience. read more
