Outstanding connectivity ensures easy access to various services and destinations, supported by an efficient public transport network of buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making daily commutes convenient. Residents benefit from the nearby vibrant markets, grocery stores, healthcare services, and educational institutions, including schools and colleges. Children have a great time in the large park, which offers an excellent space for play. Known for their friendliness and hospitality, the community members foster a welcoming environment. Communication and network services are consistently reliable.

Overall, everything was in superb condition, with no problems to mention. The flats were properly ventilated and kept in good shape. The residents were amiable and helpful, creating a positive environment.

The maintenance charges are justified, and water is sufficiently available. The lifts are well-maintained, and festivals are celebrated very well. Residents are cooperative, and there are no construction issues with the flats, no cracks, and no leakage or seepage. There is no traffic issue, and autos and buses are easily available near the society. The roads outside the society are good.
Things need improvement
The local railway station is very far from the society. There are no modern amenities available in the society. Additionally, there is very little greenery, which should be improved.

The flats have good ventilation and receive ample sunlight. There have been no issues with leakage or seepage so far. Festivals are celebrated in the society. Cleanliness is well-maintained with daily garbage collection. The lifts are properly maintained. Autos and buses are easily available near the society.

Metro, railway, bus, cabs, and other transportation options were available within a range of 1. 5 kilometers. The lift was in good condition and well-maintained, with regular servicing. Electricity was available 24/7, and there were no power cut issues. Festivals and events were celebrated within�the�society.

The society was not well-maintained; parking was poorly managed, and the quality of the walls was very poor, making it difficult to drill or make modifications. There were cracks and plumbing (CPH) problems throughout the building, particularly in the bathroom areas, which were not resolved because they were internal issues. During the rainy season, the basement experienced severe waterlogging. Visitor parking was not provided in this society. The security guards were not attentive to their duties, and the hygiene level was very low due to inefficient housekeeping staff. The railway station was far away from the society, and security was inadequate. CCTV cameras were not installed in all areas, and security guards allowed random individuals to enter without proper verification, raising concerns about safety�in�the�society.
