Good things here
I really appreciate how nicely our common area is kept up. Our location is super convenient too, just 2 km from the bus stop, supermarket, school, and gas station. The roads are in good shape and well-lit at night. Plus, we've got awesome amenities like ping pong, basketball, a gym, clubhouse, pool, playground, party hall, and walking path that really make our community special. Maintenance is top-notch with regular cleaning and garbage pickup. The elevator works smoothly, and we never have issues with water. And to top it off, the people here are fantastic!
Things need improvement
We occasionally face power backup issues in our community, which can be quite inconvenient during outages. There's a definite need for improvements in our power backup systems to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply for all residents.

SJR is one of the luxurious residential apartments with contemporary design and facilities. The place has got basement parking and a separate wing for social activities, play space, theatre, swimming pool and much more. The area is spacey and the surrounding is well maintained. The location is well connected with the heart of the city. The transportation is also decent. I am overall satisfied with the project.

I had booked a flat in SJR Hamilton and my experience with the team was the worst. The management and sales team has delayed the handover for quite a lot of time. They and not professional and couldn't provide the pricing details. The apartments are totally expensive and the quality of the construction is worst. The work is still pending and they have not taken any initiatives for the same. I would request everyone to please check other projects in this area and not go for this as they are unprofessional.

SJR Homes is one of the best premium projects that is offering homes laced with absolute luxury. The location of the project is excellent as it connects the heart of Bangalore. Major IT parks, schools and colleges are surrounded by the project. The overall layout and quality of the construction are the hallmarks of the architecture. The apartments have ultra-modern features that promote the premium lifestyle. I would highly recommend this project to the ones looking for a peaceful lifestyle with high-class infrastructure.

SJR Hamilton Homes is a wonderful location to live. The project offers world-class amenities with high-class facilities. The ready to move project is well planned. The layout of the apartment has been skilfully designed to allow fresh air and natural light in all the rooms. The main attraction is Rainwater harvesting, High tech security, ATM, Recycling of water for irrigation, Wi-Fi enabled complex etc. The project is surrounded by IT parks and is well connected with the city.
