The amenities provided are highly regarded, offering residents access to well-maintained facilities that contribute to their comfort and convenience. The society's environment, covered in lush greenery, provides a serene and pleasant atmosphere, promoting a healthy lifestyle and a sense of tranquility. Residents appreciate the efforts put into maintaining the green spaces and ensuring a visually appealing living environment.
Things need improvement
One of the major concerns for residents is the distance between the main gate and their flats, which can be a hassle, especially for elderly residents or those with mobility issues. This inconvenience is compounded by the presence of laborers sitting outside the main gate, which some residents feel compromises safety, particularly for children playing in the area. Another issue highlighted by residents is the intermittent mobile network coverage within the society, which poses challenges for communication and connectivity. Addressing these concerns, such as improving internal infrastructure for easier access and addressing safety issues outside the gate, would significantly enhance the overall living experience for residents in the housing society.

Good things here
I appreciate many aspects of this housing society. The maintenance is excellent, keeping everything clean and well-kept. The construction quality is top-notch, providing a secure and comfortable living environment. The amenities are also quite good, offering a range of facilities that enhance the living experience. The society is spacious, with a lot of room to move around and enjoy. Additionally, the culture here is positive, and the security is reliable, ensuring the safety of all residents.
Things need improvement
However, there are a few drawbacks. The connectivity is not the best, making it somewhat challenging to get around and access different parts of the city. Additionally, the park area is not well-maintained, which can be disappointing for families with children. While the security is good, the social life could be better, as people are not very friendly, making it harder to build a strong sense of community. Despite these issues, the overall living experience is positive due to the excellent maintenance, construction quality, and spacious environment.

Good things here
There are no problems with termite infestation, seepage, leaks, or poor building quality, and adequate ventilation is guaranteed. The proximity of a grocery, hospital, and resident-designated parking all benefit the community. There are available and well-maintained amenities such a clubhouse, kids play area, swimming pool, garden, and gym. The roads are well-maintained, and there is adequate connectivity with readily available public transportation alternatives like buses, cars, and taxis. Frequent pickup of the trash, guaranteeing sanitation. There is a dependable source of electricity, and elevators are erected and maintained. There's a constant security monitor for safety, and the neighbors are amicable, fostering a feeling of community.
Things need improvement
Although the community is well-kept and provides a lot of amenities, residents find it quite inconvenient as internet and mobile network access fluctuates frequently. It might be annoying because it interferes with regular activities and communication.

Good things here
I have no issues at all with this society. Everything is perfect, and there is no need for any improvements. The construction is excellent, with no signs of leaks or structural issues. Maintenance is superb; the team is responsive and keeps the surroundings clean and well-kept. Connectivity is great, with easy access to Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. The airport and railway stations are also conveniently located. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras, and there are no issues with parking or stray dogs. We have all amenities including a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks.
Things need improvement
Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about this society. Everything including Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Amenities are well-maintained and functions perfectly. It's an ideal place to live.
