Good things here
The property is located in Sector 77, with a nearby metro station. Within a 3km radius, you'll find everything you need, including schools, hospitals, and local markets. Additionally, there are two clubhouses available and covered parking. Plus, it's conveniently located near the highway.
Things need improvement
There might be occasional seepage in the bathroom.

Good things here
Prateek Wisteria is close to a metro station and a local market about 3 km away. It offers amenities including 2 clubhouses, and the highway is just 2 km away
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good having lot of seepage issue and there is no gym and functional pool

Good things here
The sports amenities here are impressive, with well-maintained courts and a large park area for recreation. This green society is ideal for elderly individuals who enjoy walking, and the provision of individual car parking adds to its appeal.

Streets are poorly maintained, and roads are often blocked or congested. It's a nightmare to navigate.

The residents here are fun-loving, and I'm glad to note that we have consistent water and electricity supply. The expansive park is perfect for children and those who enjoy leisurely walks.

With no nearby market or public transport, and inadequate maintenance despite high costs, this society falls short of expectations. The lack of legal registration and proper sewage systems further erode trust in the builder.

As a woman, I find this society to be very female-friendly, with excellent security measures and a range of amenities. It's incredibly convenient to have all the shops I need right within the society premises and within walking distance.

Inadequate lighting and safety concerns add to the discomfort, and leaks persist despite hefty maintenance charges. Lazy elevator service and gate security further detract from the living experience.
