Good things here
The connectivity of the society was good due to its prime location, with autos and cabs readily available. Maintenance charges were nominal, and garbage was collected and disposed of on time, ensuring the cleanliness of the society. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks were available in the society. The construction quality was above par with no major seepage issues, and flats had good ventilation and sunlight with spacious balconies. Lifts were well maintained, and there was adequate parking space. People were friendly and interactive, contributing to a positive living environment.
Things need improvement
As a former resident of the Marvel Cerise society, he mentioned that one issue he encountered was the absence of a nearby metro station. Nothing to highlight.

Good things here
Staying in a penthouse in the society. The connectivity is good, with autos and cabs readily available outside the society. Garbage collection and disposal are done on time, and there are no seepage issues. Electricity and water supply are adequate. Flats have balconies with good ventilation and sunlight. All amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society. People are cooperative and friendly. A new park is being constructed in the society. There is also a nearby market, and parking in the society is good.
Things need improvement
There are some traffic issues outside the society. The lifts are slow, with a longer waiting time, suggesting that lift services should be improved and made more frequent.

Good things here
The auto stand was conveniently located just outside the society gate. The roads outside the society were in good condition. The market was right near the society, with good restaurants nearby as well. Water was available 24/7, and the society was clean. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained. People were friendly and lived harmoniously. There was proper parking for both visitors and residents, and the flats were well-ventilated. Issues were resolved promptly.
Things need improvement
The shopping malls were located 3-4 km away from the society. There was some slight peeling off of the plaster outside our main door. Additionally, we experienced some leakage and seepage issues in our flat.

Good things here
There are good schools and hospitals near by the society even local transport facilities are easily available near by the society. Rooms are pretty spacious even balcony are spacious. maintenance facilities are prompt and quick for the residents. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. All the modern amenities are available in the society and eveything is fully functional,well eqquiped and non chargable. All the festivals are celebrated and socialism is good in the society.
Things need improvement
As such, there are no major issues in the society, but maintenance charges are a bit high compared to others. Additionally, power backup is available for common areas of the apartment only.

Good things here
Society has 4 blocks & each block has its own visitor parking. The society has large open spaces, two levels of basement parking, swimming pools, a dedicated children's play area, and a senior citizen area. It also offers 24/7 water supply, ensuring a well-maintained and upscale environment. IT parks in nearby vicinity.
Things need improvement
There is a major issue in security and gates of the society is not up to the mark needs improvement, there is are seepage and leakage issues in some blocks. Frequent electricity cutouts

Good things here
Overall it was the best society in all over kharadi area.Society has good locality like auto stand,bus stand ,local market near by the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society and tenants no need to pay extra to use them.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.power back up facilities were there in the society.Build qualty was just top notch in the society.
Things need improvement
According to me this was best residing experience in that society but more cultural events should take place in the society to improve socialism.

Good things here
It was good experience to live in the society,All the modern amenities were present in the society and well maintained.Connectivity of the society is really good as local tranport facilities were easy to approach near by the society.Society was neat,clean and hygenic environment.Good security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities was available for common area only.Quality of the construction was just average one other day there were issues.

Good things here
Rooms are quite spacious and well designed. All the modern amenities were there in the society and everything was well maintained and well eqquipted in the society. Security system was good like all the areas were under cctv survilance. Auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society. Allocated owners parking is available. All the online apps deliveries were available in this society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction was just below average as the bathroom of the flat was leaking like rainfall even seepage issues were there in the society.

Good things here
Location was the plus point of the society. cabs autos everything was accessible from the society. traffic jam issue was not there in front of the society. market was nearby. visitors parking is there in the society, landlord was very much cooperative. water supply was great. power backup is for common areas and flats also. amenities are up to the mark gym and swimming pool properly maintained. apps being used for security.
Things need improvement
Society is not highway connected. bachelors were not allowed in the society.

The connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Metro station is at a walkable distance. Hospitals and malls are very near the society Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. the drainage system is good in the society. power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. This society is very well maintained society, the construction quality is good in the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Balcony is available.
Things need improvement
The society is very new and I don't think there are any improvements required in the society. I've not faced any issues.
