Living here as a tenant. Few pointers that I would like to mention: 1. Excellent cleanliness 2. Big and maintained basement parking lots 3. Excellent compatibility with apartment owners 4. 24x7 power back up 5. Zero water shortage 6. Gym and club house equally available to owners and tenants. 7. Multiple festival celebrations.
