A.S.BUILDERS, Flat Promoters & Contractor Company was established in 1990 by its founder Mr.ANTHONY.B.T. Having started our journey way back in 1990, now everyone can understand that the speed & path in which our company has progressed in the industry and the incredible volume we have built reflects our deep passion, commitment and expertise. It is the amalgamation of our company staffs that has raised the company to reach a standard par excellence. All members of the senior management team are with the company since its inception. The company also employs Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Supervisors, Non-technical staffs upon demand. A.S.BUILDERS provides Civil Constructions and construction engineering, building constructions and integrated design-build solutions. We as a team, manage, develop projects and take them from concept to completion. The executive team of our company has combined experience in designing, structure managing and implementing, residential, commercial and industrial development projects for public & private organizations. We have completed 127 projects with more than 1000 happy customers and counting along with this 7 projects are in progress. Our team has journeyed all over tamilnadu for various projects like plot layout, residential appartments, individual houses, commercial buildings, religious buildings, landscaping & Architecture. Our philosophy: Everyone is responsible for the quality of his work, avoiding the tendency that “The QC Officer will catch it and fix it”, so everyone takes “Ownership” of his work. Line management and the workers are responsible for the quality of their work. They are involved in the decisions, inspections, testing and corrective actions and that naturally develops the coiporate culture of the organization. In general the Quality management in our company is considered to have three main components: quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement.
