Offering 9 amenities for better living experience. The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here. Also, the maintenance is done on a regular basis so, you can also enjoy the green parks and all other amenities like swimming pool, gym, golf course, shops and it even have ATMs right inside. The roads are well built and maintained. The safety and security of the residents is also taken care well as there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere along with professional guard support. There is a small concern about the network which is not so great and you might not be able to comfortable to do work from home sometimes.

VGN Sandstone in Thiruverkadu, Chennai West by VGN Homes is a residential project. It is worth the price to buy homes in this project as the infrastructure quality is good and you never face any problems related to the connectivity. The power/Water supply is optimum and you can easily reach the nearest bus or auto stand in few minutes. The well maintained parks and wide roads are kept well all the time. Nearest schools, colleges, market, mall and hospitals further enhances the convenient part of living here in spacious homes with the amenities. Security is the only concern which needs to be taken care especially during the night for women and kids.

It is only 2 mins drive to Poonamallee High Road. Well-constructed homes with great views make your day. Connectivity is at par as you can reach any place in just matter of few minutes. All sorts of transportation options are available because all major hospitals, schools, colleges are nearby which further makes this place desirable to live comfortably. It takes hardly 5 minute walk to reach the nearest grocery store or shop for daily needs. You hardly any traffic issues outside the society which makes it more convenient to reach the destination quickly. Abundance parking space for residents as well visitors is available. Water supply is available and you never face any problems in this matter. Anyways, the street lights are good which keeps the area well-lit and crime rate is negligible.

It has only 4 units for ease and comfort living. It is a well constructed and maintained which is connected to all the major roads so, there is no connectivity problem. Moroever, there is a bit concern about the safety which needs to be taken care off. Otherwise, the prices are reasonable as per the facilities which are mostly available inside.

Sobha City Athena is a good and beautiful is a Residential project well connected to other parts of Bengaluru. School hospital market grocery shops are in the area. Best place to stay with family. My 2bhk flat is quite spacious and has balconies in every bedroom.

Ambesten Twin County has met all my expectations. It is so easy commuting to my office from Noida. I can use main road to commute and then there are all these big offices, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, schools and hospitals at almost arm’s length.

Ambesten Twin County has really given everything in so reasonable budget. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Overall, the quality of the construction is strong enough.
