Nearby, there are schools, hospitals, and markets. Each resident has a parking space, and the elevators are installed and well-maintained. The electricity and water supply are reliable, and the construction quality is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or termite issues. Homes have proper ventilation, and modern amenities like a children's play area, garden, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
However, the absence of a swimming pool and gym is inconvenient for the residents. Without these facilities, people miss out on opportunities for exercise and relaxation within the community.

Good things here
The society has auto and cab services and the road quality is good. Construction is good with no seepage and good ventilation. The amenities include a garden, play area, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly.
Things need improvement
There is no metro, railway station, or bus service nearby. The lift and cleaning services are not available, and there is no garbage collection. Fees are high. There is leakage and cracks in the construction. The swimming pool is not available.

Everything you need is conveniently nearby, within a 1 km radius: hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport. The property features all modern amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. There are no construction quality issues, and maintenance is excellent with no seepage problems reported. Both covered and open parking options are available, and the location is very peaceful.
