Good things here
The society is always clean because the cleaning is done on time and the garbage is collected regularly, so nothing stays dirty. The whole society remains clean. There are also all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden for the people. The neighbors are also good, they talk nicely and are helpful.
Things need improvement
People are facing a lot of problems because there are no autos or rickshaws available near the society. They have to wait for a long time and walk a long distance, which is very difficult for them.

Maintenance is good in the society. There is a reliable power backup, and garbage collection is very efficient. There are no issues with sewage or leaks in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. The greenery around the society is very good, creating a pleasant environment. People are very friendly and respectful in the society.
Things need improvement
Water facilities are not good; there is a water shortage in the society. The builder is not maintaining the infrastructure properly. There are two lakes within the society, which causes flooding during rain. This is very inconvenient. There is a lot of water logging in the center of the society during the rainy season. Due to the flood water, the basement lift was not working, which was very inconvenient. Connectivity is also not good. Autos are very inconvenient; if you book them online, they can take up to 2 hours to arrive, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation like buses is available but is 2-3 kilometers away from the society, making it very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive. There are a lot of stray dogs in the society, which is very inconvenient. Autos are available far from the society, which is very inconvenient.

Good things here
I really appreciate having a school, hospital, and market nearby, it makes daily life much easier. Having designated parking is a big plus, too. The connectivity is excellent, I can easily catch buses, autos, or cabs, which makes commuting hassle-free. The well-maintained roads also help a lot. I'm impressed with the regular garbage collection and how they separate wet and dry waste, it keeps everything clean. The elevator is reliable, making it easy to get around the building. We always have continuous electricity and water, which is essential. Plus, having access to a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool for recreation is fantastic. The neighbours are friendly and welcoming, creating a real sense of community and security. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds an extra layer of safety.
Things need improvement
One thing that really bothers me is the seepage problem inside my apartment. It takes away from the otherwise great living experience here, and I hope it gets fixed soon for better living conditions.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available within the society, which is very convenient for daily use. Power backup is also reliable, and garbage collection is efficient; they collect waste daily. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, tennis court, kids' play area, and a well-maintained clubhouse. Public transport options like bus stops are nearby, within walking distance. There is also visitor parking available in the society.
Things need improvement
Water facilities are not good in the society because the water borewells are not functioning well. Cleaning services are also not effective, which affects hygiene in the society. This should be improved. Construction quality is not good; there are some seepages seen in some parts of the society. Parking space is also insufficient. Sometimes, we even struggle to open the doors in the society.

Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available reliably. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect both wet and dry waste separately, making it very convenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Hospitals are available within about 1 kilometer; Manipal Hospital is also nearby in the city. Parking areas are spacious. There are visitor parking facilities in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable markets are available nearby and well-maintained in the vicinity.
Things need improvement
Connectivity to cabs and autos are avaiable in the society; it's inconvenient if we book Ola as it can cause traffic issues. Construction is poor; there's a basement, and there's water seepage during rain, which is very inconvenient.

It's reassuring to know about efficient garbage collection, reliable water and power supply, and the proper maintenance of infrastructure like lifts and painting in the community.

The absence of street lights in the society impacts visibility at night, potentially making residents feel unsafe. Installing street lights would not only enhance safety but also improve the overall ambiance of the neighborhood.

The society has a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse for recreation, which I think is impressive. The construction quality is excellant and has provided well-ventilated living spaces with ample natural light. Neighbours are generally friendly and decent. The regular garbage collection practices, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, is also commendable.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was a major issue during my time here until 2021, with poorly maintained roads that deterred cab services. We cannot even imagine of getting an autorickshaw from our society. Maintenance also posed challenges, not starting for the first year and resulting in limited services. These initial difficulties significantly impacted the overall living experience.

Good things here
The connectivity here is great, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available, and the roads are in good condition. Having a school and market nearby is very convenient. The apartments have proper ventilation, and each resident has designated parking, with rules being followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation keeps the area clean. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. Elevators are installed and maintained, which adds to the overall convenience.
Things need improvement
There is a leakage issue in the washroom. Additionally, the accountability of the management isn't perfect, especially when it comes to handling funds.

Good things here
We have many friends here, and we gather every weekend to celebrate parties and festivals. Location-wise, within 1 km, there's a petrol bunk, bus stop, supermarket, and grocery stores. Street lights are functional, and there's ample parking space. Amenities include table tennis, basketball courts, indoor and outdoor games, a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, daily cleaning and timely garbage collection are ensured, with no issues regarding water and power.
Things need improvement
The road quality within the area is not great, and the lift condition is poor. Some flats experience leakages due to poor construction quality.

Proper garbage collection, good water , electricity supply and functional lifts facilities are available in the society. People in the society are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities. Society has good connectivity with availability of cabs , autos and public transport nearby.
Things need improvement
There are many mosquitos in the society which can turn into a big issue for people living there . No other issues regarding anything in the society , its a great place to live in.
