Good things here
Connectivity is easy with cabs and autos available if you book online. People are very friendly in the society. Overall maintenance is very good. Maintenance of the society is excellent, with very good water facilities and reliable power backup. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect waste and ensure cleanliness in the society. Construction quality is very good with no seepage or leakage issues. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation, like buses, is available within walking distance from the society, but it is not very convenient. It is a small community within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. There are two lifts in the society, and maintenance of the lifts is very good. The locality around the society is very good and offers a peaceful environment.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro station nearby.

Connectivity via cabs and Uber is easily available if booked through Ola and Uber. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are reliable. Garbage collection is very good; they collect waste daily. The area is very friendly and peaceful. Greenery is well-maintained within the society. Maintenance fees are reasonable. Parking is ample. Visitor access is convenient. However, public transport availability is inconsistent, which is inconvenient. Access to the city together is also inconvenient.

Construction quality is very poor, with issues like seepage and some structural weaknesses in the walls. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and kids' play area are not available. Public transportation is barely available, which is very inconvenient. The area's cleanliness is not good enough to stay. There is no municipal drainage system, which is inconvenient.

Good things here
People are quite friendly , they celebrate all the festivals together. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
There are so may cocroches in the society which is a big issue for people living there. Bad connectivity as its hard to get autos , cabs and public transport. No amenities in the society like swimming pool, gym and clubhouse except a small park.

Maintenance of the society is very good, and people are very friendly. The water facility is very good, and power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Construction quality is very good; there is no seepage or cracks in the society. Maintenance costs are reasonable. There are many hospitals nearby. Parks are clean and spacious in the society. There are scenic spots within the society.

Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. These are absent and not available in the society. There is a garden away from the society

Good things here
The cleaning inside and outside the society is well-maintained for hygiene. The atmosphere of the society is spacious and calm. Autos available on the main roads make transportation convenient.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is poor, evidenced by leakages in the bathrooms. Additionally, there are no facilities or amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse available in the society.
