Good things here
I lived in this society during the covid time, and it was a good experience. The building was newly built, so there were no issues with maintenance or construction. The connectivity was great, with everything nearby, including an auto stand. All the amenities were available, including a children's play area, which was nice for families. Although there was no swimming pool because they didn't get permission for it, everything else was fine. The CCTV, security, parking, and guest parking were all on point, making the place safe and convenient.
Things need improvement
I found most things to be good, but there were a few drawbacks. Although the building was newly built and maintenance and construction were fine, they didn't get permission for the swimming pool, which was disappointing. Despite this minor issues, the CCTV, security, parking, and guest parking were all on point.

Stray dog problem has been faced by the people in the society. It becomes very problemetic as the dogs sometimes bite the children playing in the society and it becomes very dangerous. It was the main reason that the POC left the society.

The absence of fire exits is a critical safety concern in the society. Residents rely solely on the available staircase during emergencies, highlighting a significant issue that needs urgent attention. Implementing proper fire exits is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

Power backup facility has not been provided which makes it really inconvinient during power cuts. It has happened with the people previously as there was no power backup provided, the people faced inconvenience.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality of the society was in order with water supply or logging issues. Construction quality was also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, parks swimming pool and clubhouse are present in the premises. Residents were cooperative and friendly. CCTVs and Elevators were installed. Paintings were done timely.
Things need improvement
The society was really great and had all positive factors, so no specific dislikes could be identified.
