Good things here

There were no issues with water or electricity. The landlord was very good and cooperative; they would promptly solve any issues we faced. The society was clean, and the security was very cooperative. People were nice, and festivals were celebrated. The lifts were well maintained. Auto cabs were easily available, and there was no traffic issue.

Things need improvement

There was a slight issue of fungus and leakage in the flats. We had to take an auto to reach the local railway station as it was not nearby. We had to take a membership to use the gym, swimming pool, and other amenities.

Good things here

Near the society, convenient bus services and a metro station just 10 minutes away offer accessible transportation options. Local conveyances like autos, cabs, Ola, and Uber are also readily available nearby. The society's build quality is commendable, with no reported issues of leakages or seepages, and the basement remains free from water logging problems. Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, garden, and kids park, all meticulously maintained by the dedicated maintenance team. Adequate parking, both for owners and visitors, is provided within the society premises. Continuous electricity supply ensures convenience, while stationed guards at each entrance, alongside CCTV surveillance, enhance security measures, restricting access to unauthorized individuals.

Things need improvement

The railway station is situated approximately 6 km away from the society, posing a significant distance for commuters. Moreover, the approach roads leading to the society are poorly maintained and underdeveloped, resulting in challenges like water logging and road congestion, especially during the rainy season. Regrettably, the society does not feature a swimming pool, and occasional water supply issues, particularly noticeable during the summer months, add to residents' inconveniences.

Good things here

I'm grateful that the green spaces in our society are well-maintained. It's refreshing to have such lush surroundings that contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. I'm also relieved that we don't face any electricity issues. Having a balcony in my apartment is a definite plus. It's a space where I can unwind and enjoy some fresh air without having to leave the comfort of my home.

Living in a society where maintenance and cleanliness are not up to par can be quite frustrating. It's disheartening to see garbage piling up due to delayed collection, and encountering rude behavior from those responsible for maintenance only adds to the stress. The high charges for power backup services also put a strain on my finances, especially if the quality of service doesn't justify the cost. While it's fortunate that major construction issues haven't arisen, the absence of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and play area for kids makes it feel like something is lacking in our community. Improving communication between residents and management is essential to address these issues effectively.

Good things here

It's been smooth sailing near the society with no traffic issues. The place is kept clean, and I didn't encounter any leakage or seepage problems in my flat. Ventilation was spot-on, and the friendly atmosphere among residents made festivals even more enjoyable. Parking was ample, lifts were well-kept, and security was top-notch. Any issues that cropped up were swiftly addressed.

Finding auto rickshaws near the society was a challenge, and the roads outside were in poor shape. Water supply was restricted to once a day, necessitating storage. Flats lacked balconies, and modern amenities were absent in the society.

Good things here

The society boasts abundant greenery and is well-maintained. The secretary is highly cooperative, and residents are responsible; no littering occurs, keeping the society clean. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. Pets, including stray dogs, are allowed and taken care of within the society.

Things need improvement

The most significant and major issue is the condition of the roads outside the society, which are in very poor shape. It's difficult to understand how elderly individuals and pregnant women travel here because the roads are in such bad condition. The stretch of roads from Panchavati dhaba to the society, spanning 1-2 km, is particularly in dire condition. The government hasn't allocated funds for their repair.

The roads near your society deteriorate rapidly, particularly during the rainy season, and remain unrepaired for extended periods. Leakage is prevalent throughout the building, with the source often unknown, indicating poor construction. Access to autos is inconvenient as they only operate up to the society's main gate due to its elevated location. Furthermore, the society lacks modern amenities.

Good things here

We used to easily find autos near the society. Residents were cooperative and friendly. Our landlords were good. Water was available 24*7. The lifts were always well-maintained. The society was clean.

The roads outside the society were in very bad condition with potholes. Traffic was also an issue. We always had to call a plumber or electrician because the construction of the flats was so poor. There were no modern amenities available in the society.

Good things here

The surrounding area has low pollution levels and is notably cooler, typically about 1-2 degrees cooler than other areas. It's serene with minimal noise, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The internal security is robust with guards stationed. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals together cooperatively. Additionally, there's a continuous 24/7 water supply.

Things need improvement

Autos were sometimes available, sometimes not, especially difficult to find at night. The area outside the society didn't feel secure, with occasional instances of violence by some local residents. The construction quality of the society was poor, with buildings sometimes sinking during the rainy season. The elevators often malfunctioned. Flat owners didn't have occupancy certificates, so they couldn't get loans. There's a film city nearby, and once, when someone tried to set up a film set near the society without permission, they were denied, leading to a murder by the person who did get permission. The society lacked modern amenities, and the local railway station was far away. There were no nearby markets, malls, or restaurants. Leakage was a significant issue, especially during the monsoon, and during that time, it was tough to find autos or buses.

Good things here

Quality of the construction was good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors. High safety inside as well outside the society as there were peoper street lights on the connecting road and in the society all the areas were under cctv survilance. Crowd of the people was really good ,helpful and coperative.

Connectivity was an major draw back for the society ,as it was bit inside from the main road so auto and cabs were not easily available. Railway station was 4km away and bus stop was 1km away from the society. There was zero amaneities available in the society only lift was there.

Good things here

There is no such water supply issues in the society. Power backup is available in the society, so there were no major electricity issues that are faced. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Playground for kids are available in the society. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available nearby the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. People are decent and educated staying in this society.

Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house are not available in the society. Water logging issues are faced more or less in Mumbai a lot spacially in rainy season, the that's common in this society as well. Balcony is available but it is very small.
