The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool and club house. Buildings suffer from poor construction quality, resulting in frequent seepage and leakage issues, exacerbated by the predominant use of sand (balu) rather than cement. Public transport options are also limited in the area.

Outside the society, roads suffer from poor quality, impacting transportation. Unfortunately, metro connectivity is unavailable, limiting transportation options for residents. The society faces challenges in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, with frequent power cuts due to the lack of power backup. Additionally, intermittent water supply issues further inconvenience residents. Furthermore, essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not provided, impacting the quality of life for residents.

The maintenance facilities in the society are commendable, with daily cleaning routines ensuring cleanliness. Connectivity is excellent, with public transport readily available in the vicinity. The residents of the society are cooperative, coming together to celebrate festivals as a community. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with proper ventilation provided. The maintenance charges are reasonable, approximately 1. 25 rupees per�square�foot.
Things need improvement
In essence, within the campus comprising eight different societies, there are no amenities available, reflecting a basic infrastructure plan. Additionally, all eight buildings are plagued by issues of leakage and sewage due to poor construction�quality.

Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants provide residents with convenient access to essential services and leisure activities. The society maintains cleanliness rigorously, ensuring timely garbage collection and a tidy environment. Electricity supply is stable, with a reliable backup system in place for uninterrupted power.

Despite its convenient location and well-maintained facilities, the society unfortunately lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, or dedicated play area for children.

Good things here
The transportation is good from the society, and maintenance is also done quite well. There's no water logging issue inside the society. As for amenities, there's only a gym. There's also a park inside the society. The people are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
The entire flat is affected by seepage and termites, including the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, which are in very bad condition because of it. Unfortunately, there's no clubhouse or swimming pool inside the society.

Good things here
The connectivity is good with access to the metro and auto-rickshaws. Speaking about the construction quality, it is excellent as good materials were used during the construction. The painting of the building is done timely. The society has lifts and CCTVs, and cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the entire community. The neighbors are friendly, and people in our society are good.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of the society is that it doesn't have a gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool because it is quite old.
