Good things here
I've had a positive experience living in this society. The connectivity is excellent, which makes commuting easy and convenient. The maintenance services are reliable and provided in a timely manner. The people here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, contributing to a strong sense of community.

While my overall experience has been decent, there are areas that could use improvement. The construction quality feels a bit lacking, and the amenities provided are somewhat basic. Despite these issues, the friendliness of the people and good connectivity partially make up for it, but there's still room for improvement in some key aspects.

Good things here
Uncovered parking is allotted for everyone. However, the construction quality is good, ventilation is proper, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Garbage collection is timely. The lifts, CCTV cameras, and security are working well without any issues.
Things need improvement
Transportation options are not good here; autos and rickshaws are not available. There are no grocery shops, malls, or markets nearby. Metro connectivity is also unavailable in this area. The society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or play area. There are no cultural events celebrated here such as Holi or Diwali.

Good things here
Reserved parking for guests. People are friendly. Good electricity and water supply. Proper garbage collection. Festivals are celebrated together. The railway station is near. There is no leakage or seepage.
Things need improvement
Roads are very bad, hindering connectivity. No amenities. No issue in the society, it's a great place to live in. I am satisfied with the society.

Good things here
Autos and cabs are easily available. The roads are decent, and parking is sufficient. Maintenance is good, and elevators are installed with power backup. There is no seepage or cracks in my flat. Amenities include a play area, and the society has CCTV and good security. The people in the society are cooperative.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there is sometimes an issue with water logging. The construction is becoming old, and there are seepage problems in some flats. There is a significant problem with water supply as the society relies on tankers due to a lack of water connectivity.
