Good things here
Former resident. Only few plus points were there flats had a really good balcony which kept the flat super ventilated. Society had power backup and basic water supply, Children Play Area with Garden, Car parking was also available.
Things need improvement
There were many issues in the society which one will face like security issue, none of the CCTV work and guards are very lazy which is major concern, No proper drinking water solution one has to order from outside, There were so many leakage issue which made the plaster to fall.

The community here has been an absolute pleasure, enriched by a lot of outstanding amenities and a wonderful neighborhood. Nearby, we have convenient access to essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, and markets, ensuring that all our needs are met within close proximity. The provision of designated parking for each resident adds to the convenience of daily life, while the excellent connectivity, including easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, along with the nearby metro station, simplifies commuting. The well-maintained roads further facilitate smooth travel, complemented by regular garbage collection services that uphold cleanliness in our surroundings. Inside our buildings, elevators are efficiently installed and maintained for effortless movement, accompanied by a reliable 24/7 electricity supply. What truly sets this community apart is its remarkable construction quality; there are no concerns regarding seepage or termite issues, and the proper ventilation, high-quality plaster, and fittings ensure a comfortable and pleasant living environment. Adding to the sense of security and peace of mind, CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards are always vigilant. But perhaps the most cherished aspect of living here is the warmth and humbleness among our neighbors. Their friendliness and kindness create a sense of belonging and make this place truly feel like home. In essence, this community offers not just a place to live but a nurturing and supportive environment that enhances our quality of life every day.

Cleanliness is not well-maintained, and there is no segregation of dry and wet waste, leading to inefficient waste management. Additionally, there are no modern amenities available, which limits the convenience and comfort for residents.

Residents benefit from ample parking space, well-maintained road conditions, and installed CCTV cameras for security. Functional lifts contribute to convenience within the buildings. The society maintains good construction quality without issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Additionally, there are no concerns regarding stray dogs, and the society welcomes pets, creating a pet-friendly environment.

The maintenance of the society is severely lacking, with cleanliness and hygiene standards not being upheld. There are significant issues with the maintenance services overall. The water supply poses a major concern, as the quality received is from tankers and is of very poor and dirty quality. Moreover, essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids are not available within the society.

Living in our society is quite comfortable. The connectivity here is good, which makes it convenient to access nearby amenities and travel around the city. It's disappointing that our society lacks amenities and community spaces. Not having facilities like a gym or swimming pool means we have to look elsewhere for these basic recreational activities, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, without a designated community area, it's harder for neighbors to come together and build a sense of camaraderie. These aspects definitely make it feel like something is missing in our living environment.

Good things here
A stable water supply is provided, and elevators are built and maintained. There are buses, vehicles, and taxis available nearby for public transportation, and there is good market connectivity. The roads and the rubbish collection system are both in good working order. There is a guarantee of optimal ventilation and no issues with seepage or leaks within the structure. There is availability as well as security maintenance. The neighbors are kind and security guards are on duty round the clock.
Things need improvement
A playground, clubhouse, gardens, parks, swimming pool, and gym are just a few of the essential amenities that the community needs yet would improve living. There aren't many places for residents to rest and stay active because these amenities are necessary for leisure activities and relaxation, and their absence is apparent.
