Good things here
Connectivity like cabs is available if we book Ola and Uber in the society, and autos are also available on the main roads, making it convenient. Public transportation is also accessible within a walkable distance from the society. Water facility is very good in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the society. It is a standard apartment with reasonable maintenance charges. Facilities like grocery shops and markets are available within a walkable distance from the society. Schools are also within a walkable distance from the society. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. read more
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are cracks in the walls of the buildings, and there are some seepage issues in the society. Traffic issues around the society during evenings are inconvenient. read more

Plus, the community offers a variety of amenities, including plenty of individual parking spaces, spacious open areas, and a well-equipped children's play area. The buildings in the society are over 10 years old and are showing signs of wear, including cracks in the walls. Additionally, there are no major amenities available, like a gym or swimming pool. read more

There is a garden, a play area for kids, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and a park. There are autos and cabs available, and the metro and railway station are nearby. The roads are good. The lift works fine, and the cleaning is done well. Garbage collection is regular, and the water tank is kept clean. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. There is good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. read more

I was staying here in covid19 so no festival celebration was done in the society. wiring issues were there instead of copper wiring there was some other metal used. Some houses were prone to termites. read more
