Good things here
Connectivity like cabs is available if we book Ola and Uber in the society, and autos are also available on the main roads, making it convenient. Public transportation is also accessible within a walkable distance from the society. Water facility is very good in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily in the society. It is a standard apartment with reasonable maintenance charges. Facilities like grocery shops and markets are available within a walkable distance from the society. Schools are also within a walkable distance from the society. People are very friendly and respectful in the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available in the society. Construction quality is poor; there are cracks in the walls of the buildings, and there are some seepage issues in the society. Traffic issues around the society during evenings are inconvenient.

This villa community is known for its top-notch maintenance services, which keep the roads well-kept and ensure effective cleaning throughout the premises. Its connectivity is impressive, with schools, supermarkets, and medical shops all within a 3km radius. The water supply is consistent thanks to diligent maintenance efforts. Plus, the community offers a variety of amenities, including plenty of individual parking spaces, spacious open areas, and a well-equipped children's play area. Residents are friendly and always willing to lend a hand.
Things need improvement
The buildings in the society are over 10 years old and are showing signs of wear, including cracks in the walls. Additionally, there are no major amenities available, like a gym or swimming pool.

Good things here
There is a garden, a play area for kids, a swimming pool, a gym, clubs, and a park. There are autos and cabs available, and the metro and railway station are nearby. The roads are good. The lift works fine, and the cleaning is done well. Garbage collection is regular, and the water tank is kept clean. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. There is good ventilation and plenty of sunlight.
Things need improvement
I was staying here in covid19 so no festival celebration was done in the society. wiring issues were there instead of copper wiring there was some other metal used. Some houses were prone to termites.

Good things here
I moved out of this community about three years ago. The connectivity of this society is excellent, as there are supermarkets, schools, and hospitals located within a 1km radius. Despite being a small community, the amenities are sufficient, with ample car parking and one elevator. Residents have never encountered issues related to water supply. While the construction quality of the building is older, there have been no problems with leakages.
Things need improvement
Residents have no backup facilities for electricity, and maintenance facilities, like cleaning, need to be improved.

In this society, there are amenities such as a children's play area and walking track, and the surrounding residents are well-educated and friendly, celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Holi. I moved out of this community around three years ago, but during my time there, the maintenance facilities were up to the mark. The upkeep of greenery was commendable, with regular watering and extra grass cutting. The community roads were also well-maintained with regular attention. During my one-year residency in this society, I didn't face any water shortages or electricity issues. The amenities, such as a park for everyone to enjoy in the evenings and good individual parking options for all the villas, Moreover, the connectivity was excellent, with markets and a few schools located within 1 to 2 kilometers from the society.
Things need improvement
This is a villa community and for residents, there are no amenities like a play area and swimming pool.
