The construction quality is very low, causing leaks and seepage issues in the flats, which is quite inconvenient. There is also heavy traffic around the society, making it very inconvenient for residents.

Maintenance services encompass frequent garbage collection, continuous water and electricity supply, and reliable lift maintenance. Residents have access to a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, basketball court, kids' play area, walking track, and garden. The friendly and cooperative nature of neighbors contributes to a pleasant living environment, further enhanced by proper ventilation and ample sunlight throughout the apartment.
Pollution issues within the society pose environmental and health concerns for residents. Addressing these issues is crucial to ensure a healthier living environment for all.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society. Alternatively, if we book Ola or Uber, they are accessible within the society. Power backup supply is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a specified time. Amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, badminton courts, football courts, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained in the society. People are very friendly and respectful in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, small fruit shops, and clinics are also available within 200 meters from the society.
The construction quality is poor; there are some minor issues like seepage problems in bathrooms and leakage issues in walls, which is very inconvenient. The water facility is not good; water comes into the tanks, affecting its quality. There is no visitor parking area in the society. Road maintenance is not good; there are cracks and holes inside the roads.

In this community, there are mostly independent houses, and the environment is calm and peaceful, with plenty of green areas and no pollution. The society is well-equipped with nearby grocery stores offering easy access to a variety of items like vegetables, fruits, and dairy products. The community is well-maintained, with all houses enjoying a reliable water supply. Residents take collective responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the surroundings. Each house has good ventilation, and both plots and houses adhere to the principles of Vaastu. Parking is not an issue in this community. The residents are known for being friendly and helpful.
During my time living in that society about four years ago, the main issue revolved around the lack of convenient public transportation options. There were no nearby bus stops, and the area lacked connectivity to the metro.

Ventilation was good in the flat, with enough sunlight coming in. Cleanliness was maintained in the society. There were no issues with water supply. Since the society had only three floors, there was no need for lifts. There was enough greenery, and there were no issues with leakage or seepage. The residents were decent. Maintenance charges were justified.
Festivals were not celebrated in the society. The society was a standalone building without any modern amenities, and there was no parking available; we had to park our cars on the roadside. The metro station was 3 km away from the society.

It has a lush green environment along with ensuring safety of the residents. Many good schools are located nearby from this place, Markets and metro station are at a walkable distance.

Connectivity with other places of the city is very high. Living environment here is very soothing. Water and power connectivity is always available. Residents living in this apartment are very friendly.

This place is just 3 KM away from metro station. Moreover, entertainment zone, shopping malls and centers, bank, autostands are very near. This place is highly recommended for living with family.

As this place is situated at the center of Bengaluru, it is well-connected with other important places of the city. Surrounding area has lots of greenary and parks. Overall design is very attractive.

This is a decent cite with a very posh and attractive residential location. Roads in the surrounding area is in good condition. Surrounding area is decent and safe to live with family.
