Good things here

Auto-rickshaws, cabs, and the metro station is easily accessible . The people in the society are very nice and cooperative. The society is pet-friendly; pets are allowed in the society. The maintenance service is outstanding; everything in the society is very well-maintained. Whenever there is a problem, it gets resolved very quickly. The maintenance charges are quite high, but considering the quality of work done, they don't feel burdensome.

Things need improvement

I used to live there before. The local train station is quite far. There is just a slight problem with seepage in the society which needs to be improve.

Good things here

The area is very posh and sophisticated with high class amenities and facilities which includes a tennis court , a big playground where cricket, football and other various sports events are being conducted by the society authorities that makes the environment very cheerful and friendly over there. The roads are constructed very efficiently that it is so easy for the people who travel using their own car. The traffic is also very moderate. The parking spaces have been alloted to each person seperately and everyone parks at their place itself. There is a big library over there which the resident using a lot. It is a heaven for readers. Garbage collection is done on time and the elevators are also safe. Electricity and water supply is available for all day which becomes very convenient for the people. No issue with seepage in building or water logging in basements or any leakages. The maintainence charges are also reasonable and the terrace area is well equipped with beautiful and different varieties of flowers.

Things need improvement

Main two issues faced by the people over there is the lack of proper safety and security as the CCTVs which were once functioning effectively is now not working properly . The authorities even switch off the cameras during the night time mentioning that the guards are available for night. But CCTVS camera role cannot be performed well by guards. The second problem to focus on is that the painting and waterproofing is not conducted frequently. Although there is no issue of seepage, painting is very essential.

Its strategic location, just a 5-minute drive from the Western Express Highway, ensures seamless daily commutes. Additionally, the presence of vending machines adds to the convenience of the residents.

Things need improvement

The flats at DB Woods appear to have a relatively small carpet area compared to 2 BHK flats offered by other builders. The bedrooms seem cramped, lacking proper windows for ventilation. Additionally, the entry to the parking area is narrow in comparison to other buildings.

Near the society, there are autos and buses readily available for transportation. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, providing smooth travel. Ample parking space is provided for both residents and visitors. The society maintains cleanliness, with 24/7 water availability and daily garbage collection. Good things here

It's a pet-friendly society. The connectivity is good we can easily access public transport, and there's a metro station nearby. People living in the society are very cooperative. The maintenance service is very good issues are resolved quickly, and the maintenance charges are reasonable.

Things need improvement

We have amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, but they're quite small. The society has three towers, and if residents from all three towers come together, it gets very crowded. Seepage is a big issue in the society that needs to be fixed. the housekeeping service needs improvement they don't do their work properly.

Good things here

I really like the podium in my society where the yoga center is located. I get a beautiful view of the mountains right from my home. I appreciate everything about the society; all the markets and local transport are nearby. The society has facilities like a spa, gym, and swimming pool. The balcony is also very spacious. There is 24/7 water supply and ample parking space. Everyone in the society is very decent.

The society benefits from nearby schools and the convenience of Oberoi Mall and restaurants in close proximity. The residents are friendly, and all modern amenities are available within the community. Additionally, the flats are spacious, offering ample living space for residents.

Things need improvement

Due to the presence of nearby schools, traffic jams are a common issue, especially during school hours. Unfortunately, the new management team lacks reliability and fails to maintain the society properly, leading to issues with amenities and the deteriorating condition of the garden. Moreover, there are significant concerns regarding the construction quality of the flats, with reports of severe seepage problems. These issues have deterred us from proceeding with our plan to purchase a flat in the society.

Good things here

There are malls and restaurants near by the society Trasportation is also easily approachable near by the society. Allocated space for parking is availabe for owners and visitors. All the amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc is availlable and tenants are allowed to use them without paying extra. maintenance charges are resonable in the society.

Things need improvement

Construction quality is just average and minor issues accures but there is a team assigned by managing committee to resolve issues that comes accross. Solar panel and generators are available for lifts and common loghts only.
