Good things here
Connectivity of society is great with availability of autos, cabs and public transport . No issues like leakage , seepage in the building . Good security and parking facilities.
Things need improvement
Issues with water and electricity supply . No amenities like swimming pool gym , clubhouse and park in the society. No festival celebration happens in the society.

Good things here
It's a big community with 12 towers, each floor having 4 houses. There is a huge place for walking, which we use regularly. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are petrol bunks, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, and the street lights are working. There is ample parking space. Garbage is collected on time, and there is 24/7 water and power supply. The lifts function well. Amenities include yoga, a cricket pitch, table tennis, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. People are friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
There are seepage issues in the bathrooms in their society, which require urgent attention to prevent further damage and ensure better living conditions for the residents. Proper repairs are necessary.

Good things here
Every maintenance service is very good in the suburb. Public transportation is very convenient. Construction quality is very good; there are no sound or insulation issues. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, kids' play area, and indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. Connectivity and local amenities are easily available for the residents. Maintenance costs are very reasonable. Parking at the site is sufficient, and there are visitor parking spaces. Public transportation is available within 500 meters, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
There is traffic in the society's surroundings, which can be inconvenient. However, the transportation options available are very convenient during emergency times.

Good things here
The community has decent transport options, with buses and autorickshaws arriving on time. To get to these, residents don't have to go far. There are no leaks or seepage problems anywhere in the society due to its high grade of construction. Excellent security is also provided by the sturdy, unbroken structure and the constantly on-duty guards.
Things need improvement
The society faces issues with contaminated water supply, leading to health concerns for residents. Additionally, there are problems with the flush systems, causing inconvenience in daily use. The mosquito infestation further adds to the discomfort, affecting the quality of life in the society.

Good things here
I appreciate the ease of finding Ola cabs whenever needed, which makes commuting very convenient. The maintenance charges are reasonable and offer good value. The society provides excellent amenities including a gym, pool, clubhouse, and various indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and supportive, contributing to a warm and welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
I find the distance to the nearest hospital to be a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the ongoing construction in the area causes a lot of noise and disruption, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment. These factors detract from the overall experience of living here.

Good things here
The residents are very good�friendly and cooperative. They celebrate festivals together. Cleanliness is maintained, and water is available 24/7. The society has all modern amenities. There is no issue of leakage or seepage in my flat. Autos and buses are easily available near the society.
Things need improvement
In my flat, there is no issue of leakage or seepage, but other residents complain about it in their flats. Maintenance charges are high in the society, and the gym is not well-maintained. The metro station is far from the society, and there are traffic issues near the society.
