Good things here
The excellent connectivity of this place. It's so convenient to have easy access to malls, hospitals, and other important landmarks, making my daily commute hassle-free and convenient.
Things need improvement
I'm not a fan of the heavy traffic in the area, especially during busy times. It can be frustrating and takes up a lot of time. Also, I find the maintenance charges for residents too high. It feels like an extra expense that could be more reasonable.

The convenient connectivity to malls, hospitals, and markets in our area. The maintenance here is excellent, with regular upkeep and reasonable charges making it easy to manage.
