Society maintenance is commendable, with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene upheld diligently. Timely garbage collection and pest control further contribute to a clean environment. Security measures, including CCTV cameras and a robust security system, ensure the safety of residents. Lifts are operational and reliable. The neighbors are cooperative and friendly, fostering a strong sense of community. Thanks to a good drainage system, waterlogging issues are rare. Residents are well-connected, friendly, and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. The construction quality of the society is top-notch, with minimal issues such as seepage and leakage due to its newness.

Things need improvement

Connectivity issues arise at night, particularly after 11 pm, as public transportation becomes scarce, leaving the area deserted. Despite promises made by the builder, a swimming pool was never constructed in the society, leaving residents without this promised amenity.

The area near our society enjoys good transportation connectivity with buses and cabs readily accessible. Maintenance is satisfactory, ensuring timely disposal of garbage, and there is ample parking space available. Apartments are free from seepage and leakage issues, offering well-ventilated rooms and spacious balconies. The gardens and greenery are meticulously maintained, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Essential amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and club house contribute to a comfortable living environment. Security is well-regarded with a reliable security system in place.

Markets are not available inside or near the society, with market areas being a bit far. There is no metro station nearby. The construction quality is average, with issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in the washrooms. The wall quality is also poor, with cracks being very common.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced. Lift is available and maintained properly.

Market areas around the societies have been developed. Hospitals and schools are also there near the society. There is a parking in the society. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Residents are friendly and cooperative.

Things need improvement

The area around the society doesn't provide a lot of basic facilities, being far from the main Gurgaon. The main road connectivity is not good from society. Water logging issues exist outside the society. Construction quality is also poor with some seepage issues. Plaster and fittings are also not up to the mark. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are not available. The costs for maintenance are excessively high, and the quality of services offered does not align with the charges.
