Water facilities are very good, and power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately, which is very convenient. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Hospitals are available within 200 meters from the society, which is very convenient for emergencies. The locality around the society is very good and decent. Cleaning in the society is very good and hygienic. Maintenance of the lifts is very good, and security is also very good. Facilities like supermarkets are available within walking distance from the society. The area is very friendly and reasonable.
Construction quality is very poor; it is an old building, so there are some seepage and leakage issues in the society. It is around 15 years old. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, approximately 7000 for a 3BHK unit.
