Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Road conditions are also perfectly fine. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. I have never encountered any parking issues in the society. Covered parking is available. According to the maintenance charges all the facilities and services are provided. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done regularly on time. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. constructuion quality is very good in the Flats, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Flats are properly ventilated. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is safe and secured. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes Water supply issues faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool and club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity here is great, with autos, cabs, and the metro easily accessible outside. I'm glad we have power backup available and haven't faced any major electricity or water supply issues. I appreciate the efforts made to keep our society clean and maintain proper hygiene standards. Garbage collection and pest control are done on time, which helps keep our surroundings pleasant. It's also a relief that we haven't experienced any seepage or leakage issues in our apartments. I enjoy the sense of community here, especially during cultural events and festivals. My neighbors are friendly and cooperative, which makes living here even more enjoyable. Having ample parking space and spacious balconies adds to the convenience and comfort of living here. I feel secure knowing that we have security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. Overall, I'm quite happy with the living conditions in my society.
Things need improvement
While it's true that our society lacks amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, or play area for kids, I still find it to be a comfortable and convenient place to live.

Good things here
The community is well-connected, with convenient access to the metro, taxis, cars, and train station. The maintenance crew performs an excellent job of keeping everything clean and organized through routine cleaning and rubbish collection. The buildings are immaculately maintained overall, and the elevators function flawlessly. The apartments feel light and spacious because of the structures' excellent ventilation and natural light.
Things need improvement
The neighborhood is unremarkable and lacks charm. There are some necessary amenities lacking, including a gym, clubs, swimming pool, children's play area, and garden. Additionally, homeowners without cars may find it inconvenient as there is no parking place. Families and people who seek these facilities in their living environment find it less enjoyable and comfortable when these amenities are lacking.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of public transport and Market areas. Amenities like table tenis court and clubhouse are available. Residents are very nice and well educated.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality near the society is average, the condition outside the apartment is pathetic. Construction quality is also poor with seepage issues right outside the society. Amenities like the gym and swimming pool are not provided. The cleanliness must be improved.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is satisfactory, and the lifts are in good working order, with each tower taking care of its own. Public transport options like cabs and buses are available, and we have plumbers and painters within the society to handle maintenance tasks
Things need improvement
Since the building is old, repair work is necessary. Despite lacking basic amenities, such as those found in newer societies, we have a garden, and we celebrate all events together.the construction quality is not up to par, and repair work is needed, although residents are reluctant to share the expenses

There is a nearby metro station and local transportation facilities are easily accessible from this location. Additionally, there are numerous markets and grocery shops in the vicinity, enhancing connectivity. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities are up to standard, with CCTV surveillance and 24-hour security guards ensuring high levels of security for residents. The amenities are functioning efficiently and are well-maintained. All amenities are readily available and well-maintained. The community is cooperative, and there are no issues regarding stray dogs or pets in the area
Things need improvement
The build quality isn't excellent due to minor construction issues or defects in the facility. However, I believe that the actions taken will satisfy the managing committee. Therefore, efforts should be made to ensure that the build quality is of the highest standard possible.

Good things here
The flat has good ventilation and receives ample sunlight. There are no leakage or seepage issues. The residents are decent, and cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7, and public transport is easily accessible. The society is safe.
Things need improvement
The main road in front of the society is under construction, leading to poorly maintained roads and traffic issues. Additionally, the society lacks any modern amenities.

There is a gutter outside the society, bad smell comes from there The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society is absolutely top-notch, with excellent connectivity to markets, schools, medical stores, and all other essentials readily available. Maintenance is also consistently good, with all basic facilities well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society lacks any amenities such as playgrounds, parks, gardens, swimming pools, or clubhouses. Given that the society is 14 years old, it should undergo redevelopment to incorporate these essential amenities.
