We have a robust security system with no reported issues, supported by five security guards and CCTV cameras in every block. Unauthorized entry is prevented without resident permission. Connectivity-wise, within 500 meters, there are bus stops, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, and good road conditions with functional street lights. Adequate parking space is available. Maintenance includes regular cleaning and daily garbage collection. There is good water supply, and lift maintenance is efficient. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and community hall are also available.
There are frequent power cut issues and leakage problems on the walls in their society, impacting daily life and requiring attention for improved living conditions and infrastructure maintenance.

All the facilities are available within the community, so there is no need to travel anywhere. We have supermarkets, grocery stores, salons, and shops. Schools and hospitals are available within a 2 km distance. The roads are of good quality, and there are streetlights and ample parking space. We have a large walking area where I practice yoga and take evening walks. The amenities include table tennis, a gym, a swimming pool, a walking track, a community hall, and a clubhouse. The people are friendly and cooperative. In terms of maintenance, garbage is collected every day, and there is a 24/7 water and power supply. The lift is well-functioning.
Cleanliness in this society is not being upheld as scheduled, posing challenges to maintaining a tidy environment for all residents and visitors alike.

Amenities like gym, clubhouse, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Amenities are good; water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is very good; they segregate and dispose of waste efficiently. Construction quality is very good; they follow modern standards. Bus stops are available within a walkable distance from the society, making transportation very convenient. Parking spaces are ample, with visitor parking facilities available, which is very convenient.
Swimming pool access is not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. Hospitals are available quite far away, about 5-10 kilometers, making it very inconvenient. There are no nearby metro stations, which is also inconvenient.

The airport and railway station are conveniently located. Ola and Uber services are reliable, and construction quality is good. The neighbourhood is pleasant, and transportation options are excellent as well.
The management's behaviour is very bad. I had a very bad incident regarding guest entry and it was disappointing for me and embracing for my guest. Despite bringing in a married couple as guests, they were denied entry and threatened that they would call the police. Their marriage certificate was provided later on. Such policies and poor management practices tarnished our living experience. Also, sometimes the water supply was cut off, and the swimming pool wasn't operational.

No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Good water , electricity supply and proper garbage collection. Amenities like swimming pool, gym , club house and park are available in the society. Good security and parking facilities.
Water logging issues during rainy season. Bad connectivity of society as its hard to get autos , cabs or public transport on time . Amenities are not well maintained and functional . People in the society don't interact much .

I had a fantastic time at Vijay Shanthi Lotus Pond. The amenities are excellent, and the maintenance is excellent. The location is ideal, as it is close to schools, hospitals, and shopping centres.
