Good things here
I like that the place feels secure, which helps me feel safe. And being close to malls, hospitals, and parks is really handy for getting things done.

There is only one small park for kids to play which is bit disappointed for parents

Good things here
As an owner in the project, I really appreciate how easy it is to get to malls, hospitals, and markets from here. The fact that there's not much traffic and public transport is readily available is a huge bonus for me. Plus, I feel reassured by the solid construction quality � with sturdy walls and durable materials, I'm confident that my property will last a long time.
Things need improvement
There aren't enough things for kids to do there. It would be nice to have more choices so the younger residents could have more fun. Also, as an owner, I wish there were more different kinds of amenities and that they were better taken care.

Good things here
As a broker, I really like how convenient it is for people living here to get to malls, hospitals, and IT hubs. The fact that traffic is light and there's good public transport is a big plus for anyone thinking about buying. And the buildings are built really well, with strong walls and high-quality materials, so it's a good long-term investment for renters or buyers.
Things need improvement
There aren't many fun things for kids to do in the park, which might bum out families looking for stuff to do together. Plus, sometimes the place isn't as clean as it should be, and residents end up paying more to keep things tidy.

Good things here
I really like how close the project is to major IT hubs, offices, and schools � it makes my daily commute super easy. Having hospitals and malls nearby is also great for convenience. And, being able to easily get to metro stations and highways is a huge bonus for me.
Things need improvement
No dislike from my end but the security system in this society isn't very reliable.

Good things here
Enjoying the calm atmosphere and how roomy my apartment is. It's nice to have some greenery around too, it helps me feel closer to nature even in the midst of city life. And, I feel secure knowing that there are good security measures in place, which helps me relax knowing my family and belongings are safe here.
Things need improvement
The park we have doesn't have much for kids to do, which is a bummer because it means they can't play and grow as much as they could with more options.
