The close proximity of major IT hubs, hospitals, and schools in this area�it adds so much convenience to living here. Plus, the easy access to malls, metro stations, and highways makes commuting hassle-free, which is a huge bonus.

I'm concerned about the high congestion in the area, especially during peak hours, which leads to traffic jams. Additionally, the poor availability of public transport further adds to the commuting struggles in this neighborhood. It's definitely something that needs improvement.
