The entire building suffers from severe seepage and leakage, which is damaging the structure and causing considerable inconvenience to the residents. This major problem overshadows the positive aspects, making it a critical issue that needs urgent attention. read more

Good things here
I have no issues with anything here. Everything is well taken care of, like the CCTV and security, which make me feel safe. The maintenance team does a good job, and there is always enough parking for both residents and guests. The construction quality is solid, and the connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. The neighbourhood is nice and friendly, which I really appreciate. read more

Connectivity of the society was very good; easy to access with everything and daily needs were easily available nearby the society. The society was good; managing team are good. People of the society were very friendly and cooperative. Top-tier transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Cabs are easily available. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. Location was also CCTVs are working properly. read more

There were issues of seepage and leakage, and people of the society were not so cooperative. Society needs a renovation. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were not there in the society. Maintenance needs to be improved in society. Paints were also scraped off. read more
