The amenities are top-notch, providing a wide range of facilities that enhance the quality of life for residents. Maintenance is good, with common areas kept clean and well-maintained. The community is very friendly, creating a welcoming and supportive environment, which makes living here a pleasant experience overall.
Things need improvement
The entire building suffers from severe seepage and leakage, which is damaging the structure and causing considerable inconvenience to the residents. This major problem overshadows the positive aspects, making it a critical issue that needs urgent attention.

Good things here
I have no issues with anything here. Everything is well taken care of, like the CCTV and security, which make me feel safe. The maintenance team does a good job, and there is always enough parking for both residents and guests. The construction quality is solid, and the connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. The neighbourhood is nice and friendly, which I really appreciate.
Things need improvement
While I have no major issues, it's disappointing that there are no amenities in the society. Having amenities like a gym, pool, or play area would have been a nice addition. Everything else is good, though like Connectivity, Maintenance, Construction, Neighbourhood

Connectivity of the society was very good; easy to access with everything and daily needs were easily available nearby the society. The society was good; managing team are good. People of the society were very friendly and cooperative. Top-tier transportation is efficient with buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, making it easy to get around. Cabs are easily available. Residents appreciate the proximity to bustling markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making the area highly desirable. Location was also CCTVs are working properly.
Things need improvement
There were issues of seepage and leakage, and people of the society were not so cooperative. Society needs a renovation. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were not there in the society. Maintenance needs to be improved in society. Paints were also scraped off.

The maintenance quality of the society was average, characterized by poorly maintained roads and unhygienic areas. The water supply was inconsistent and not properly maintained, and there was no provision for power backup. Security measures such as security guards and CCTVs were lacking. Additionally, essential amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were absent. Furthermore, there was a lack of community spirit, with residents not actively participating in celebrating festivals and events.

There are limited amenities available in the society, such as no swimming pool, clubhouse, or clubs, which might be a downside for those seeking recreational facilities. Additionally, there is a reported problem with one of the lifts, which could inconvenience residents needing to use it.

It's convenient that Swiggy and Zomato deliveries are available. Parking on the ground floor is also a plus. There are no seepage or leakage issues in the society, which is great. The surrounding area is safe, and people here are decent and friendly.
Things need improvement
Connectivity seems to be a challenge, with markets located 2-3 km away from the main road. Garbage collection is not happening regularly, and cleanliness needs improvement. We've installed CCTV cameras ourselves for security. Unfortunately, amenities like a swimming pool or gym are not available. It's worth noting that this society is not large and doesn't offer many facilities.
