Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily from door to door in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. The greenery of the society is very pleasant, and walking areas are spacious. Schools are also available within a 400-meter distance from the society.
Autos are not available in the city, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is very poor; there are some external cracks in the walls, which is very inconvenient. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also a visitor parking area in the society.
The construction quality is very poor because it's an old building, around 15 years old. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available but poorly maintained. Maintenance should be improved; for instance, cleaning is not good outside of the society and needs improvement. The roads are also in poor condition; there are cracks and holes inside the society.

Every month, a fee of Rs. 4000 is collected to ensure daily cleaning of floors and open areas, as well as garbage collection. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, squash court, kids' play area, community hall, walking track, and gardens are available. Construction-wise, I've never faced issues like cracks; ventilation and air circulation are excellent. Overall, the balcony is a wonderful space to enjoy without any mistakes.
