People here talk to each other a lot, which makes us feel like a close community. We're close to the main road, buses, schools, and hospitals, which is really convenient. Plus, pets are friendly, and we don't have any problems with water. The walking path is nice too, so we can enjoy outdoor activities.
Occasionally, the walls in our neighborhood become dry and crack, indicating potential structural issues. It's important to inspect them thoroughly and address any problems promptly to ensure everyone's safety and the strength of the buildings.

I am a prospective resident of this upcoming estate and I'm pleased with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality yet. They offered us attached balconies with every flats. The elevators are so fastest. Overall all the concessions are very good.

The project is spread over a total area of 3.27 acres of land. It has 82% of open space. The society of this residence is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. They proposed us to ad basketball, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like swimming pool, kids pool, gym, party halls etc. I think the impending project is highly proposed for all with lots of basic conveniences.

There is no airport in nearby this vicinity which is a major disappointment. A road between Railway and metro stations has full of patholes and government is not take steps on it as the local people has reported. There is no proper drainage systems in this area and create major water logging problem in this area and form foul-smelling pools, irking residents and passers by which is much disturbing.

Bangalore city is a place for IT companies and many well known companies such as Kalyani Magnum Tech Park, Wipro Park and GVM Tech Park are at few distance from here. My working place is Wipro and this place will be highly recommended as well. Bangalore City Railway Station is just 13 km from the locale with good transport system. Skalvi International School, The Brigade School and Orchids International School and TR Hospital, Rajnandini Hospital and Deepasri Multispeciality Hospital are so close to this project.
