Good things here
Connectivity is very good; cabs and autos are easily available if we book through Ola or Uber. People are friendly and respectful. Water facilities are available 24/7, and power backups are also provided. Garbage collections are very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities are available and well-maintained, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games. Security is also good; the society is safe and well-maintained. The greenery in the society is abundant; there are lots of green areas and gardens. Things need improvement
The swimming pool is closed due to the water scarcity, and there are some cracks in it, which is concerning. Maintenance charges are expensive. Parking spaces are limited in some areas of the society.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available within this society. It is a small community in the society. Maintenance in the society is very good, and power backup is available. The air circulation is very good, and they take care of water and waste disposal. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Public transportation, including bus services, is available within a reasonable distance from the society. Many bus services operate between the society and the main road. There is ongoing construction of another building, newly constructed, about 10-20 meters from the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not good in the society. The water facilities are very poor, and the water quality is not good. The flush water is getting a smell in the bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro nearby the society.

Good things here
The connectivity here is fantastic. You can easily catch a bus, auto, or cab, and the roads are in great condition. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby is really convenient. The construction quality is top-notch with proper ventilation and solid plaster and fittings. Each resident gets their own designated parking spot, and everyone follows the rules, which keeps things running smoothly. Garbage collection is regular, with proper wet and dry segregation. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are modern and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Plus, the elevators are always in good working order.
Things need improvement
Honestly, while I lived in the society, I never faced any issues. Everything was up to the mark and properly maintained. Just one thing I can mention is the weird smell coming from the A Block.

Good things here
I really appreciate the sense of community here, with just 100 families, everyone is very nice and friendly. The location is convenient, with a school, hospital, and market nearby. Connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites, and there�s good ventilation and quality plaster and fittings. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. Security is also good with CCTV cameras and guards.
Things need improvement
The road outside the society isn�t well-maintained and needs proper construction. Also, the clubhouse is a bit small. Other than that, everything is excellent.

The elevators are always in good working order. The apartments are spacious with plenty of ventilation, and the POP finish adds a stylish touch. Garbage collection is regular, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. There's a reliable supply of electricity and water. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available, and the neighbors are really nice and look out for each other. Connectivity is good, with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Plus, having markets nearby is a big convenience.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, the washroom walls tend to swell up, and there's some seepage in the apartments. The gym isn't maintained well. Other than these issues, everything else is fine.

Good things here
The society has great connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and railway station. The roads are good, and there are plenty of buses. It's well-maintained with regular cleaning, garbage collection, and water tank cleaning. The buildings are constructed well, with no issues with leakage, cracks, ventilation, or sunlight. It also has excellent amenities, including a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming
Things need improvement
There is a leakage issue in the whole society which becomes a real trouble in rainy season . The swimming pool is not maintained and its fees is taken regularly from the residents .

Good things here
The area offers easy availability of autos and cabs, both basement and open parking, good construction quality, well-maintained society with elevators, regular garbage disposal, and excellent amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and play area. The people are very friendly and the community is pleasant.
Things need improvement
Traffic is an issue everywhere in Bangalore, including this area. Despite the good maintenance, traffic congestion can be frustrating. Noise and pollution levels might be higher due to the traffic. During peak hours.

Good things here
I lived here before, and everything was perfect. The maintenance team did a great job, and the construction was solid with no issues. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Connectivity was excellent, making it easy to get around. I had no problems at all and enjoyed my time living here.

I had no complaints. Everything was well-taken care of, from connectivity to maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighborhood. It was a pleasant experience living here, and I had no issues at all.

Good things here
This neighbourhood has all the amenities that members need, including a garden, clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool. Nothing is ever dirty, and it is always clean. In addition, the neighbours are kind and supportive of one another.
Things need improvement
People in the society have no issues. All the facilities are provided, and everyone enjoys living in the society. There are no problems inside the society.

I disliked the poor construction quality with seepage problems, small play area, not spacious gym and clubhouse, lack of CCTV cameras at that time, and the limited security.
