Good things here
I stayed here for 2 years. somehow survive as it was budget friendly only. only limited to marathi culture. Not open for other cultures or people. Influences by RSS Methodology. No gas pipelines here . Too old building.
Things need improvement
Most of flat are leaking. Found two flat impacted by bed bugs and cockroach.No healthy environment around. Surroundings is slum area and non veg and alcoholic shops.

Roads need repairment
Water logging during rains

No community space
Residents are not nice
Few residents don't pay maintenance
