Additionally, a supermarket nearby within walking distance, along with two small restaurants located in front of the society, adds to the convenience of daily living. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, cricket playground, and indoor games are available and well-maintained, enhancing the overall quality of life. Power backup ensures residents' comfort even during outages. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in the society fosters a strong sense of community, with residents celebrating every event together, adding to the enjoyment of living in the society.
Things need improvement
The water facility in the society is not satisfactory as water is sourced from tankers, which may pose challenges for residents. However, maintenance charges are reasonable, providing some relief for residents. Unfortunately, public transportation is not available nearby, as there are no buses near the society, which could inconvenience residents who rely on public transit. Additionally, ongoing constructions in the park area by the builder may disrupt the peaceful environment of the society.

Getting around the city is easy with autos and cabs readily available, and you can even book through platforms like Ola and Uber, with autos accessible on the main road. People here are very respectful, creating a pleasant atmosphere within the society. There's plenty of parking space available within the society. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and kids' play area are all here and well-maintained. The society is well-planned, with ample space between buildings. Plus, you'll find supermarkets, medical shops, and vegetable stalls within walking distance from the society. And for added convenience, online delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato are also available here.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options, like bus routes, are available but are located quite far from the society, around 4 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient for residents. Maintenance charges within the society are relatively expensive, which may pose a financial challenge for some residents. Additionally, the absence of street lights from the main road to the apartments can be inconvenient, especially during nights, potentially posing safety concerns for residents.

Good things here
This society's buildings are highly rated and well-constructed, having excellent design and planning. There are no issues with construction quality, due to the beautiful flooring in all rooms of the flats. Regular painting and maintenance work uphold the construction standards. The location is peaceful, and the surroundings are gradually developing. All kinds of online deliveries, including food and groceries, are smoothly executed without interruptions. Different school buses will come regularly for children. Maintenance is top-notch, with no issues regarding cleaning and garbage collection services. The greenery and surroundings are well-maintained through daily cleaning and care practices. Excellent amenities are available within the society, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and various outdoor and indoor game facilities. Events and festivals are well-organized and enjoyable for all residents.
Things need improvement
The society lacks public transportation options; there are no bus stops, and there is no metro connectivity. Without a personal vehicle, commuting becomes challenging. Additionally, the connectivity of this society is poor due to the absence of nearby markets.

The maintenance standards in this society are excellent, with everyday garbage collection and disposal happening on time, and the cleaning services are also top-notch. Residents benefit from low monthly maintenance costs. The construction quality of the society is good, and there are no issues with construction quality. The rooms of the flats are spacious, providing a comfortable living environment. There are excellent amenities within the society, including a clubhouse, steam room, squash court, table tennis, basketball and lawn tennis courts, cricket pitches, and two swimming pools, one of which is attached to the clubhouse. Nearby markets, such as vegetable shops and grocery stores, are conveniently located near the society. The society organizes various types of events and community gatherings and all Hindu festivals are celebrated well within the society.
Things need improvement
The public transportation options are a bit far away from the main road such as the bus stops and metro are around 2 to 3km distance of the society. The roads outside the society are also not great.

Most of the festivals are celebrated here, with participation from most of the members. 24/7 water supply with all time power backup.

Not many concerns as such, but as this is a very big complex so it takes approx 10 mins to come to the main gate from the blocks which are at the end

Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately at specific times. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also visitor parking. People are very friendly and respectable, making the society very convenient. We can celebrate some festivals like a family in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity, like cabs and auto-rickshaws, is not easily available in the society. If we book Ola or Uber, the ride will be canceled immediately in the society. The construction quality is not good; there is a lot of seepage in the bathrooms and many cracks in the external walls of the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available but not well-maintained. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are far from the society. There are no restaurants nearby, and hospitals are also far from the society. Maintenance charges are more than 4000 rupees in the society.

Water facilities operate reliably 24/7, with dependable power backups. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, and parking areas are spacious and convenient for residents, including a visitor parking facility. Access to various city services is convenient. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness, with regular cleanings occurring twice a week. Overall, it offers a good and respectable environment for residents.
Things need improvement
The road quality in the area has been deteriorating for almost 5 years, making driving highly inconvenient due to extremely poor conditions. There are concerns that the situation could worsen further during any political unrest. While major amenities are available, maintenance is lacking, with the swimming pool non-functional and the gym, clubhouse, and tennis court poorly maintained.

Hospitals are available within 2 kilometers from the society and also within 4 kilometers; there is a Narayana hospital near the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society, around 2. 5 rupees per square foot.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good; there are leakages in the flats and seepage in the bathrooms. There are internal and external cracks in the building, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation, like buses, is available but far from the society, about 2 kilometers away, making it very inconvenient. The metro station is also 5 kilometers from the society.

Good things here
We have a large open space that we use for walking. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are ATMs, schools, hospitals, grocery stores, and a bus stop. Within the community, there is ample parking space. Amenities include a table tennis area, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they clean properly and collect garbage regularly. There is good water and power supply, and the lift is functioning well.
Things need improvement
The road condition is poor, and there are no street lights in the society, leading to safety concerns and difficulties navigating the area, especially during nighttime or adverse weather conditions.
