Good things here

I really like how conveniently located the bank branch is�it's super easy to get to from my home. And I've had some great experiences with some of the bank tellers who provide quick service, making my transactions smooth and efficient.

Things need improvement

I've encountered some challenges with the branch manager, who appears to be unaware of basic banking procedures. This lack of knowledge has led to delays and frustration during my visits. Additionally, I've found some staff members to be unhelpful, which has made my banking experience unpleasant.
