Good things here
I really like how conveniently located the bank branch is�it's super easy to get to from my home. And I've had some great experiences with some of the bank tellers who provide quick service, making my transactions smooth and efficient.
Things need improvement
I've encountered some challenges with the branch manager, who appears to be unaware of basic banking procedures. This lack of knowledge has led to delays and frustration during my visits. Additionally, I've found some staff members to be unhelpful, which has made my banking experience unpleasant.

The connectivity of the area, which makes it easy to access malls, hospitals, and restaurants. I also enjoy the diverse social life in the community and the inclusive celebrations. In terms of maintenance, I'm satisfied with the regular upkeep and cleanliness of the property, as well as the reasonable maintenance charges.

Easy access to major IT hubs, offices, malls, hospitals, schools, and metro stations. It makes commuting so convenient and saves me a lot of time. Plus, having social amenities like parks, markets, and restaurants nearby adds to the overall convenience and quality of life.
Things need improvement
The high congestion in the area at times, which leads to traffic jams and delays. The lack of reliable public transport options makes it even more challenging to move around efficiently. Additionally, poor waterlogging during the monsoon season creates inconvenience for residents. These factors detract from the overall experience of living in this project.

When it comes to construction quality, I prefer durable materials and sturdy walls with proper termite treatment. Issues like seepage, peeling plaster, and cracks in the walls really bother me. In terms of maintenance, I value cleanliness, regular upkeep, and reasonable charges. However, I dislike frequent maintenance issues and high fees imposed on residents. and the high traffic congestion, poor public transport, and isolated social environments. Amenities were limited or poorly maintained.
