The construction quality is excellent, with careful attention to detail in every aspect. Amenities include a small gym and a children's play area, which are available for residents. There is also a community hall within the premises, providing a great space for social gatherings. The maintenance charges are reasonable, making it a cost-effective choice. Parking facilities are very well-organized, ensuring convenience for vehicle owners. Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus routes and other transport options within walking distance from the residence. The security services are friendly and responsive, ensuring a safe environment for all.

Things need improvement

The greenery in the area is not consistent and should be improved to enhance the overall environment. There is no designated visitor parking in the society, which can be inconvenient for guests. The metro is currently under construction nearby, which is very convenient for future transportation needs. However, the railway gate is within 500 meters of the society, leading to significant traffic and noise pollution in the surrounding area. Additionally, there are many ongoing railway construction projects in the vicinity, which will likely result in increased pollution levels.

Good things here

Auto rickshaws, buses, and metro are easily accessible and always on time. There is no need to travel far. Cleaning is done on time, and garbage is picked up in the morning. There are no cracks or leaks in the walls. Neighbors are also friendly and pleasant to interact with.

Everything is well-maintained, from the clean surroundings to the well-functioning amenities. The construction quality is excellent, and there are no issues with leakage or cracks in the walls. The security here is top-notch, with CCTV cameras installed and security personnel always present. The neighbourhood is very friendly. Connectivity is also good, with easy access to public transportation, and the roads are in good condition.

There aren't enough spaces for visitors to park, they sometimes have to park far away from the building, which can be quite a hassle, especially during bad weather. Apart from this issue, everything else is well taken care of.

Good things here

The place is good only. There is good connectivity, autos, uber/ola is available. There is gym here but not swimming pool or clubhouse. There is a party hall. Also, there is a play area for children only. Overall it is a good place to live. Connectivity is also fine, as the buses are available within 50m, that you can go via auto.
