Construction quality is exemplary, with no reports of seepage or leakage inside the buildings. Well-ventilated rooms and spacious flats contribute to a comfortable living environment, and water supply is consistently available, with no issues of water logging within the society. A vibrant social life thrives within the society, characterized by friendly and cooperative residents who come together to celebrate major cultural festivals and events. Pet-related issues are minimal, with owners adhering to rules and regulations. Residents enjoy reliable electricity supply, with power backup available as a precautionary measure. Amenities such as a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not only available but also renovated timely, ensuring their optimal functionality. Additionally, parking facilities are conveniently provided within the society premises.

Additionally, limited guest parking poses a challenge for visitors, potentially causing inconvenience and overcrowding in the available spaces. Occasional issues with stray dogs can also arise.

I've found that the connectivity around us regarding public transport is quite impressive. Auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available, and having a nearby metro station adds to the convenience of getting around. The roads are of good quality, and I've never encountered any waterlogging issues, which makes traveling around the area a breeze. Moreover, the people in our society are friendly and cooperative, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's nice to be part of a community where everyone looks out for each other and fosters a sense of belonging.

In my opinion, the maintenance services of our society have room for improvement. While efforts are made to upkeep the premises, there's still scope to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance tasks. Moreover, I've noticed that the construction quality of the society leaves something to be desired. Issues like seepage and cracks in the walls have been persistent problems, causing inconvenience and discomfort for residents. It's clear that the construction quality could have been better, and addressing these structural issues should be a priority.

Excessive loud music from nearby events can indeed be disruptive, especially late at night. Implementing regulations to limit noise levels, such as restricting loud music after 11 p. m. , can help mitigate this issue and ensure a more peaceful living environment for residents.

Repairs become recurrent, draining resources and disrupting daily life. It's creating major problem and ruining the beauty and aesthetics of the society.

The society was one of the best society to live in. Poore mumbai ke best top 10 societies mein se ek society hai woh. Well conneced hai, auto mil jata hai easily , mall-market paas mein hai, Jupiter hospital is also there nearby. Lifts are well maintained. Garbage collection & disposal was done timely ensuring cleanliness in society. People were quite educated & friendly. Accha vibes tha society ka. Spacious balconies were there in flats ensuring ventilation. All Amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, parks are there in society.
Things need improvement
The only issue that was there in that society was the water supply issue. During summers, water scarcity was there, only 1 ghanta paani aata tha morning & evening mein. Tanker se paani lena padhta tha phir.

Build quality is really excellent like there are no construction defects like seepage and leakage issues. All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional. High security system in the society,biomatrix system on the entrance of society. Time to time mopping and sweeping done in the society,This is cosmopolitian building and all the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Auto. cabs are easily available near by the society but local railway station is far away from the societyPower back connection has been given to common areas only.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. There are no safety issues, it is safe for girls to travel at night. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Elevators are maintained properly. Drainage issues are not faced. The society has got open space and is very spacious. Air ventilation is good. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Parking space is alloted to all residents.
Things need improvement
Balcony is not available in my building. Some leakage issues outside the bathroom are there, but not major one. Society is not bachelor friendly, they are not allowed. Visitor's parking has to be done outside the society internal roads needs to be improved.
