Moreover, I've noticed that the construction quality of the society leaves something to be desired. Issues like seepage and cracks in the walls have been persistent problems, causing inconvenience and discomfort for residents. It's clear that the construction quality could have been better, and addressing these structural issues should be a priority.

The society was one of the best society to live in. Poore mumbai ke best top 10 societies mein se ek society hai woh. Well conneced hai, auto mil jata hai easily , mall-market paas mein hai, Jupiter hospital is also there nearby. Lifts are well maintained. Garbage collection & disposal was done timely ensuring cleanliness in society. People were quite educated & friendly. Accha vibes tha society ka. Spacious balconies were there in flats ensuring ventilation. All Amenities like clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, parks are there in society.

The only issue that was there in that society was the water supply issue. During summers, water scarcity was there, only 1 ghanta paani aata tha morning & evening mein. Tanker se paani lena padhta tha phir.

High security system in the society,biomatrix system on the entrance of society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. There are no safety issues, it is safe for girls to travel at night. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Elevators are maintained properly. Drainage issues are not faced. The society has got open space and is very spacious. Air ventilation is good. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Parking space is alloted to all residents.

Balcony is not available in my building. Some leakage issues outside the bathroom are there, but not major one. Society is not bachelor friendly, they are not allowed. Visitor's parking has to be done outside the society internal roads needs to be improved.
